Our Buddy Class is Room 19.

Today we visited our buddy class to share our poems and to draw some pictures on Kidpix about what it is to be a good friend. Our buddies are helping us by showing us how to use the Kidpix programme on the computer to make pictures.

Minibeasts - We Look At A Beehive.

Mrs. O'Hanlon visited us on Thursday because she knew we were starting our study on Minibeasts and she knew we would be interested in what she had to show us. It was a beehive and we could still see some dead bees in it. She told us all about the Queen bee and the worker bees. She said that Mr Barnes had to remove the hive as it was on our back field and it is not safe to have a hive full of bees in our school grounds!

We have started 2011 really well!!

Here is our yellow Room 6 Sunnybrae Submarine. You can see us peeping out of the portholes. We made some colourful fish to swim in the ocean with us.
